   We look at what you have

   Very often the cylinder and a security escutcheon are enough, and a whole new lock would be money spent on the wrong part of the door.

   Understand what you are buying

   Anti-bump, anti-drill, anti-snap — they resist different attacks. You get told which one matters for your door rather than a list of features.

   Fitted by appointment

   Installation work: it comes by van, measured first, agreed in advance.

   Keys accounted for

   You get the full set, counted, and the old lock. If several doors are keyed alike, you get one key that opens them all.
