This is a mobile locksmith service. There is no shop open to the public: we come to you.

The same locksmith operates cerrajerocercademi24h.es under the name Doctor Cerrajero, serving the same area. This site exists to serve people who prefer to be dealt with in English or Arabic, on WhatsApp. It is stated here plainly because the provider is the same person and pretending otherwise would be neither legal nor honest.

Prices shown include VAT. The full amount is agreed in writing over WhatsApp before anyone sets off, and it does not change on arrival. If what is found on site differs from what was described, you are told and asked before any work begins.

No door or vehicle is opened without proof that the person requesting it is entitled to have it opened. What counts as proof is explained when you get in touch, and it varies with the property and the situation. This is a legal requirement and there is no exception to it.

You may request official complaint forms (hojas de reclamación) at any time; they will be provided. Disputes may be brought before the consumer authorities of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
