Only what you send us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your address and whatever you tell us about the problem. It is used to quote for the job, get to you and invoice it. The legal basis is the contract you are asking for, and for the invoice, a legal obligation.

This site has no contact form, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Nothing is collected while you read it.

Messages travel through WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control that part. If you would rather not use it, write to DoctorCerrajero@proton.me instead.

Invoices and their supporting records are kept for the period tax and commercial law requires — currently six years. Messages that did not lead to a job are deleted once they are no longer needed.

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, by writing to DoctorCerrajero@proton.me. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
