When to message us

- The hour: 4 a.m. is not the same as 11 a.m., and the difference is stated up front
- Whether the door is on the latch or double-locked
- The type of lock, and whether it has been forced already

Both before anyone sets off, in writing on WhatsApp. The time is the real one for your town, not a round number that sounds good.

By motorbike for emergencies. In a busy old town or in August that is the difference between parking at your door and circling the block.
